As part of the launch of our second paper production line, we are recruiting a Paper Mill Line Operator to strengthen our teams.
Your missions
As a line operator, you will be responsible for:
- Adjusting and monitoring all machine parameters to ensure optimal production.
- Performing specific cleaning operations during machine stops to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Carrying out first-level maintenance operations or contacting the maintenance department when necessary.
Your profile
You are the ideal candidate for this role if:
- You have a BEP or Bac-level technical diploma (or equivalent).
- You have at least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a technical field.
- You are rigorous, autonomous and enjoy working in a team.
- You are available for 5×8 rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts (8-hours shifts).

- Contract: Permanent contract (CDI).
- Salary: €36,000 per year, adjustable based on your skills and experience.
