From rags to paper and soap

1865

Louis-Alexis MIRIBEL founds Etablissements MIRIBEL, dedicated to recovering textile waste for the textile and paper industries.

1941

François MIRIBEL takes over the management of Etablissements MIRIBEL, specialized in wool rag sorting.

1974

Bernard MIRIBEL becomes Managing Director of FONLUPT BOURG SA, specialized in wiping cloths.

1992

Marc MIRIBEL takes over the company which becomes MPH1865.

1999

Launch of AUTOCUT® roll tower dispenser with Vida Int.

2001

François MIRIBEL joins the family company.

2008

Launch of soap production and creation of a laboratory.

2012

Start-up of the paper mill.

2017

Pierre MIRIBEL joins the family company.

2020

Laure MIRIBEL joins the family company.

2020

Construction of a hydroalcoholic gel manufacturing plant.

2023

New warehouse in Saint-Rambert-d’Albon.

A family business

I've been running MPH1865 since 1992. At that time, we worked to survive, until 1997, then to live (launch of converting in 2002, paper mill in 2012). Today, we work to pass on, perpetuate and ensure that the impact of our company on the various stakeholders (suppliers, customers, employees and financiers...) makes sense. This is why we have embarked on a CSR policy aimed at transforming MPH1865 into a socially, economically and environmentally committed company. Marc MIRIBEL
