As part of the launch of our second paper production line, we are recruiting a Paper mill line operator assistant to strengthen our teams.
Your missions
As a line operator assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Adjusting the paper machine according to technical specifications;
- Collecting samples from each parent roll at the machine’s output and from the daughter roll if necessary;
- Conducting laboratory tests on all samples, checking weight, thickness, resistance, etc. and reporting results in the ERP system;
- Performing first-level maintenance operations.
Your profile
You are the ideal candidate for this role if:
- You have a BEP or Bac-level technical diploma (or equivalent).
- You have at least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a technical field.
- You are rigorous, autonomous and enjoy working in a team.
- You are available for 5×8 rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays and night shifts (8-hour shifts).

- Salary: €32,000 per year, adjustable based on your skills and experience.
